One off or seasonal
Commissioned content
Weapon lines, item packs, custom UI, or a full content drop for a specific wipe. Scoped, delivered, and handed off with clear docs.
Monarch is built for DayZ server owners and communities who want more than off the shelf assets. Whether you commission a single weapon line or need software and ops across multiple wipes, we follow the same disciplined process: scope first, build on our pipelines, then support what goes live.
Process
Four stages from brief to live support. Each step has defined outputs so you know what happens when.
We start with your ruleset, player count, wipe calendar, and what you need live by a fixed date or season. No guesswork on who owns what.
We shape the work against your economy and server identity before full production. You see direction early, not only at the end.
Mods, PBOs, panels, and tooling are built on Monarch pipelines with QA suited to DayZ updates and workshop constraints.
We help you go live, watch real player usage, and patch what matters: events, economy drift, or performance, without restarting the project.
Audience
Server owners & creators
Communities with a defined ruleset, economy, and wipe rhythm. You need custom content or tooling that fits how you actually run the server, not a generic pack dropped in blind.
Typical needs: weapon platforms, item integration, admin panels, launch support for a new season.
Players & communities
If you play on Operation Monarch or partner servers, you experience the output of this process: events, wipes, and releases shaped by the same team.
For playing and community news, see Join Operation Monarch .
Scope
One parent company, focused brands. The process above applies across all of them.
Custom packs, weapons, configs, workshop releases
Live servers, events, community facing worlds
Panels, APIs, bots, dedi utilities, PBO tooling
Infrastructure aligned with Monarch stacks (coming)
Engagements
One off or seasonal
Weapon lines, item packs, custom UI, or a full content drop for a specific wipe. Scoped, delivered, and handed off with clear docs.
Multi wipe retainer
A longer relationship across wipes: balance passes, new drops, software hooks, and someone who already knows your server.
Standards
A named point of contact on both sides. We use email and Discord for day to day work; larger projects get milestone check ins.
We test on our side first. You still validate on a staging slot or test server before production; we document what we need from you.
Realistic dates based on scope. Rush work is possible but changes cost and queue position; we say that upfront in the brief.
Monarch
Tell us your ruleset, timeline, and goals. We will come back with a clear plan, or point you to the right Monarch brand if another team fits better.
