Troubleshooting
App stays locked after Discord login
Section titled “App stays locked after Discord login”- Confirm your Discord account is linked on monarch-dayz.com under your customer account.
- Confirm you have an active Monarch Tools license entitlement.
- In the app, open Dashboard and use Refresh License.
- Sign out and sign in again to refresh the Discord session.
License missing after a grant
Section titled “License missing after a grant”Staff grants can take a moment to propagate. Refresh the license from the Dashboard. If it still fails, contact Monarch support with your Discord username and approximate grant time.
File associations / open with Explorer
Section titled “File associations / open with Explorer”- Enable associations from Settings → File Associations (when available).
- Restart Explorer or the app after changing associations.
- If double-click does nothing, open the file from PBO Studio or BinPBO instead.
Updates
Section titled “Updates”Use Dashboard → Check for Updates to install the latest desktop build when an update is offered.
